BEGA Special Public Meeting- January 18
The District of Columbia Board of Ethics and Government Accountability (BEGA) will hold a special public meeting for the purpose of further considering next steps in an existing preliminary investigation of Councilmember Jim Graham with regard to his conduct while serving a dual role as a sitting councilmember and as a member of the Board of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, and to discuss changes to the “Local Hatch Act” legislation and BEGA enforcement. Below is the final agenda for this meeting.

Discussion -- Next steps in the preliminary investigation of Councilmember Jim Graham with regard to his conduct while serving a dual role as a sitting councilmember and as a member of the Board of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. Portions of this discussion may be held during a non-public Executive Session.
VI. Discussion – BEGA enforcement of “Local Hatch Act” legislation – proposed penalties and other amendments.
