Rental Housing Commission Vote on Draft Decisions and Orders
NOTICE OF SCHEDULED MEETING
November 19, 2021
The Rental Housing Commission (“Commission”) has scheduled a virtual meeting for Tuesday, November 23, 2021, 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., via WEB EX. The Commission will vote to adopt draft decisions and orders in the following appeals:
- Dungan v. Gross RH-TP-16-30,592;
- Bartolomei v. Meares RH-TP-16030,875; and
- Sterman v. Farrah & Chatel Real Estate RH-TP-18-31,140 and RH-TP-18-31,049
The Commission will not seek public comment at this time. Upon approval by a majority of the Commission, the proposed, written rules will be published and available in the District of Columbia Register, through the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuance’s website, and on the Commission’s website.
