RENTAL HOUSING COMMISSION NOTICE OF SCHEDULED MEETING

August 5, 2021

The Rental Housing Commission (“Commission”) has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, August 10, 2021, 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., via WebEx. The Commission will vote to adopt the following:

• Proposed Rules for the Rental Housing Act

The Commission will not seek public comment at this time. Upon approval by a majority of the Commission, the proposed, written rules will be published and available in the District of Columbia Register, through the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuance’s website, and on the Commission’s website.
