OMA Compliance Checklist

The Office of Open Government’s (“OOG)” Open Meetings Act (“OMA”) Compliance Checklist. The checklist is a user-friendly guide to assist public bodies in conducting meetings in compliance with the OMA. Please use this checklist as you prepare for and conduct meetings. The checklist can be disseminated to new public body members while they await OMA training by the OOG.
