During the Board's October 19, 2017 meeting, a vote was taken to move the November 2, 2017, Board meeting to November 9, 2017. The change in meeting date was noted on BEGA's website but not here. No agenda was piublished on the central meeting calendar for the November 2, 2017, meeting. To correct this technical error an electronic meeting was convened by two Board members on November 2, 2017, to state on the record that there was no quorum, that no official action was taken on Novembe 2, 2017, and the meeting was adjourned..
