Members of the DC Apprenticeship Council convene to consider approval of proposed apprenticeship programs for registration in traditional and non-traditional occupation/trade areas. The DC Apprenticeship Council consist of 11 members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council, Three (3) Employer Representatives, Three (3) Employee Represemtatives (labor), Three Public Representatives and two (2) Government Representatives.
