PUBLIC NOTICE

The District of Columbia Board of Pharmacy (“Board”) hereby gives notice pursuant to § 405 of the District of Columbia Health Occupation Revision Act of 1985, effective March 25, 1986 (D.C. Law 6-99; D.C. Official Code § 3-1204.05 (b)) (2012 Repl.) of a change in its regularly scheduled monthly meeting for January 2017.

Monday, January 9, 2017, the Board will have a limited open session (public) meeting in which the only item on the agenda will be to vote to move into the executive (closed) session meeting to seek the advice of counsel to the board, pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 2-575(b)(4); to discuss disciplinary matters  pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 2-575(b)(9); and to discuss ongoing or planned investigations pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 2-575(b)(14).  The open (public) session will begin at 1:00 p.m. and will end following the vote to move into the executive (closed) session.   Following the open (public) session, the Board will meet in executive (closed/non-public) session to seek the advice of counsel to the board, pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 2-575(b)(4); to discuss disciplinary matters  pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 2-575(b)(9); and to discuss ongoing or planned investigations pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 2-575(b)(14).
