Informational Hearing on Acquisition of Lifestar Response of Maryland, Inc.

The D.C. State Health Planning and Development Agency (SHPDA), pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 44-406(b) (4), will hold an information hearing on the certificate of need application for the acquisition of Lifestar Response of Maryland, Inc.. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., using Webex Conferencing. The Applicant in this hearing will be given a period of up to one hour in which to make their presentation. Each public commentator, whether scheduled or unscheduled, will have up to five minutes to present his or her testimony. The time limit will be enforced by the Hearing Officer. Written statements may also be submitted to the SHPDA until the record closes at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.
