Notice of Information Hearing - CareFirst Blue Choice, Inc.

The D.C. State Health Planning and Development Agency (SHPDA) will hold an information hearing on the applications of CareFirst Blue Choice, Inc. for Certificates of Need for the acquisition of five healthcare clinics owned by Capital Healthcare, LLC and doing business under the name AllCare Family Medicine and Primary Care (Certificate of Need Registration Nos. 2025-2-01, 2025-3-02, 2025-3-03, 2025-6-01, and 2025-8-01) on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held virtually through WebEx.
