The D.C. State Health Planning and Development Agency (SHPDA) will hold a public hearing on the reconsideration request by Eden Health Medical, D.C., P.C. of SPHDA’s denial of Eden Health’s application (Certificate of Need Registration No. 21-2-9) for a certificate of need (“CON”) for the establishment of a medical office located at 1615 L Street NW, Washington, DC with primary care and mental health services and providers.  Please see below for Webex link and login information.
