October 5, 2017 Board of Pharmacy Meeting *Rescheduled*

PUBLIC NOTICE 

The District of Columbia Board of Pharmacy (“Board”) hereby gives notice of a change in its regular meeting pursuant to § 405 of the District of Columbia Health Occupation Revision Act of 1985, effective March 25, 1986 (D.C. Law 6-99; D.C. Official Code § 3-1204.05 (b)) (2012 Repl.) .

The Board was scheduled to meet on Thursday, October 5, 2017. However, due to a Department of Health function in which all Pharmacy staff are required to participate, the Board will meet instead on Thursday, November 2, 2017. The meeting will be open to the public at 9:30 a.m. to discuss various agenda items and any comments and/or concerns from the public. In accordance with Section 405(b) of the Open Meetings Amendment Act of 2010, the meeting will be closed to the public after conclusion of the open session in order for the Board to plan, discuss, or hear reports concerning specific individual licensing issues, ongoing or planned investigations of practice complaints, and or violations of law or regulations.
