This public forum is sponsored by the Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission and the Office of Opioid Abatement. The purpose is to both hear the public’s suggestions, lessons and other information on how to address the opioid epidemic in the District and share current information on any funding opportunities available to address opioid epidemic. The public forum will be held at Allen Chapel AME Church on 2498 Alabama Ave SE, Washington, DC 20020, starting at 6 pm on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
