Mayor Gray Announces New Open Government Initiatives

(Washington, DC) -- On October 29, 2014, Mayor Vincent C. Gray announced the appointment of a 15 member Open Government Advisory Group and the relauch of the data.dc.gov, and the redesigned track.dc.gov. Mayor Gray appointed District Agency representatives and private-sector members to the group, including the director of the Office of Open Government, Traci L. Hughes, Esq. The establishment of the group and the launch of data.dc.gov and track.dc.gov are part of the Mayor's fulfillment of  the Open Government and Open Data Directive (Mayor's Order 2014-170) issued in July.  Read the full release here.
