BEGA has released its 2022 Best Practices Report (Report). This Report includes a review of national best practices in government ethics and open government. This Report also contains recommendations for changes to District of Columbia law to make government operations more ethical and transparent. The Report was complied and researched by BEGA's staff under the direction of the Board.
