On July 18, 2023, Attorney Advisor Sheree DeBerry facilitated a presentation on "Categories of FOIA Requesters, Fees, and Acknowledgement and Denial Letters," that covered FOIA fees and the categories of FOIA requesters who are eligible for fee waivers. Attorney DeBerry also provided instruction on response/communication procedures, including acknowledgement letters and denials.
