Emergency Board Meeting

Notice of an Emergency Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Washington Convention and Sports Authority t/a Events DC, in accordance with the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act of 1973, D.C. Code §1-207.42 (2006 Repl., 2011 Supp.), and the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act of 1968, as amended by the Open Meetings Amendment Act of 2010, D.C. Code §2-576(5) (2011 Repl., 2011 Supp.), hereby gives notice that the Authority’s Board of Directors will convene an emergency meeting on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 2:30 p.m.  The meeting will be conducted virtually and can be viewed at https://eventsdc.com/board-meeting-livestream. A portion of the meeting will be closed for the purpose of consultation with counsel as provided by D.C.
