BEGA Releases Best Practices Report

BEGA has released its first Best Practices Report. This Report includes a review of national best practices in government ethics law and contains recommendations for best practices for District of Columbia employees and public officials. It is the culmination of months of work by BEGA staff and outside experts (working pro bono).  The Report covers a number of different topics including post-employment, nepotism and contracting and procurement.
